Responsibilities
- Greeting customers
- Listening to concerns
- Inspecting vehicles
- Recommending services
- Providing accurate quotes
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up
- Documenting service needs
- Promoting sales
- Tracking warranty parts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or automotive fields
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work at least five days a week, including Saturdays
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not mandatory
