Part Time - Assistant Manager

About the role

This role involves promoting and selling automotive products and services while delivering exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager manages store operations, assists with team oversight, and acts as the manager on duty when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document their concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend appropriate services.
• Provide accurate quotes for services and products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow‑ups.
• Assist with team oversight and store operations.
• Serve as manager on duty when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work at least five days per week, including Saturdays.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, combining hourly pay and commissions.
