Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a new automotive service location by promoting products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing daily operations in the absence of the store manager.
- Greet customers professionally and document their concerns accurately.
- Recommend services, provide accurate quotes, and communicate updates.
- Promote sales of products and services, and ensure proper documentation of recommendations and warranties.
- Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track returns, core parts, and warranty items.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive fields preferred; service advisor experience helpful but not required.
- Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
- Ability to work at least five days a week, including Saturdays.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range of $50,000-$80,000, combining hourly pay and commissions.
