Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide quality healthcare through safe, individualized discharge planning and utilization management services. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesManaging timely and proficient utilization review to maximize reimbursementAssessing social and physical factors affecting discharge and utilizing community resources effectively Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing schoolMinimum three years of clinical experience, with two years in Utilization Review, Management, or Case Management preferredCurrent Nevada Registered Nurse licenseProficiency in computer programs for data management and documentationAbility to provide age-appropriate care to diverse patient populations Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical assessment abilities. Knowledge of community resources and social determinants of health.
