RN - Cardiac Stepdown - Full-Time, Days

About the role

Provide patient care using the nursing process, ensure professional accountability, and coordinate with other departments to deliver comprehensive care in a Cardiac Stepdown unit.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
• BLS certification (or completed within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PCCN)
• Relevant clinical experience in cardiac or stepdown care

Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication, coordination, and critical thinking skills
