Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability
- Coordinate care with other departments
- Evaluate care effectiveness
- Maintain standards aligned with organizational values
Qualifications
- Nursing degree (ADN, diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN licensure in Missouri or compact licensure
- BLS certification
Skills
- Hospital experience (preferred)
- Additional certifications (preferred)
- Specialty experience (preferred)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout shifts
