Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluates care quality delivered by other caregivers and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient services. Upholds patient rights and confidentiality, aligning duties with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care using nursing protocols.
• Maintain accountability for assigned patients’ care.
• Assess and evaluate care provided by team members.
• Coordinate with other departments for comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduated from a nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, maintained actively.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation.
• ACLS and BLS certifications, obtained within 90 days if not already held.
