Role Overview Provides patient-centered nursing care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability for assigned patients. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, evaluates the quality of care delivered by other caregivers, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
