About the Role

Provide patient care using the nursing process, ensuring accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing skills to deliver quality patient care
• Assess and evaluate care provided by team members
• Coordinate care across departments
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license
• BLS certification required
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital experience
• Additional certifications or specialty experience
