Role Overview: Utilize the nursing process to provide patient-centered care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational mission, values, and standards.
