Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain accountability for assigned patients' well-being.
• Assess and evaluate care provided by other caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient care.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure for the state or compact licensure, with responsibility for maintaining licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation; ACLS and BLS required within 90 days of hire.
