Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality
- Coordinate care with other departments
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided
- Maintain professional accountability and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license
- BLS certification
- Prior hospital experience preferred
- Additional certifications and specialty experience are a plus
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk extensively
- Perform physical tasks such as reaching and bending as part of nursing duties
