RN - Cardiac Med/Surg - Weekend

Join our Med/Surg nursing team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Include Applying evidence-based nursing practices through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.Developing individualized care plans collaboratively with patients and the healthcare team.Performing bedside assessments, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting care as needed.Ensuring accurate documentation and demonstrating professional accountability.Utilizing clinical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment and promote safety.Coordinating interdisciplinary care, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with team members.Educating patients and families with culturally sensitive teaching strategies.Participating in quality improvement initiatives and performance data review. Qualifications Include Valid RN licensure.Certifications: Certified EKG Technician (CET), Basic Life Support (BLS).Educational requirement: College Diploma in Nursing. Skills needed: clinical assessment, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, safety awareness, patient education, and commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
