Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence through evidence-based practices, documentation, and professional accountability.
• Perform bedside lab testing, troubleshoot equipment, and promote patient and staff safety.
• Cook up interdisciplinary care, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Assess patient education needs, adapt teaching strategies, and ensure safety and understanding.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a college diploma in nursing.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Certified EKG Technician (CET).
• Knowledge of nursing protocols, equipment, and evidence-based practices.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork orientation.
