Responsibilities

• Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical exams
• Develop and modify individualized care plans collaboratively with patients and healthcare team
• Perform interventions to achieve expected outcomes and document progress
• Demonstrate professional accountability, troubleshoot equipment, and stay current with evidence-based practices
• Educate patients and families considering their developmental and cultural needs
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, prioritize tasks, and advocate for patients
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and unit projects

Qualifications

• RN license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Certifications in BLS and EKG
• Relevant clinical experience
