RN - Acute Care - Orthopedic Surgical - Part-Time Night Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Ortho Surgical to join a collaborative, patient-centered care team. Key responsibilities include: performing comprehensive assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care based on evidence-based practices; partnering with patients and families to ensure culturally competent, relationship-based care; coordinating interdisciplinary communication and documentation; supporting performance improvement initiatives; and mentoring less experienced staff. Qualifications: a minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with active licensure (RN-licensed in the state or multi-state compact), BLS certification, and relevant educational background (Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing). Skills required: strong critical thinking, excellent communication, proficiency in clinical technology, time management, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies in a fast-paced environment. Additional duties: promoting evidence-based practice, participating in research, supporting resource management, and adhering to organizational policies and standards.
