Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.
• Partner with patients and families to deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive, patient-centered care aligned with clinical standards.
• Coordinate and document safe, efficient care; promote teamwork through inclusive communication; and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in professional development, mentoring, promote evidence-based practice, and adhere to organizational policies and standards, including regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active RN licensure (single‑state or multi‑state Compact).
• BLS certification.
