RN - Acute Care - Orthopedic Surgery - Part-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care - Ortho Surgical, working part-time night shifts. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by performing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practices. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate with patients and families, and ensure safety and excellence in care delivery. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Serve as a preceptor or mentor, and contribute to protocol development to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).Required certifications: BLS or ARC-BLS.Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, utilizing technology effectively.Excellent time management and collaborative skills.
