RN - Acute Care - Orthopedic Surgical - Part-Time Night Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Ortho Surgical to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Providing relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.Partnering with patients and families via effective communication and education.Ensuring safe, quality care through documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in performance improvement activities.Supporting professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining competency standards.Promoting evidence-based practice, research, and adherence to organizational policies.Proactively planning patient care and assisting in developing protocols to optimize outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.Current RN license (single or multi-state Compact).BLS certification required.Minimum 5 years RN experience, preferably with direct patient care experience.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.Proficient in technology and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
