RN - Acute Care - Orthopedic Surgery - Weekend Night - Full-Time

Role: Registered Nurse in Acute Care - Ortho Surgical, working full-time nights with a focus on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Ensure safe, high-quality care by coordinating interdisciplinary teamwork and timely documentation.Support performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and evidence-based practice.Mentor and serve as a preceptor for other nurses and staff, fostering professional development.Adhere to organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements, including safety and quality standards.Participate in protocol development, resource management, and process improvement efforts. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including direct patient care.Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
