About the Role

Provides direct patient care in an acute care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve optimal outcomes. The position involves modeling proficiency through precepting, prioritizing patient wellness, and contributing to safety and quality at the point of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes
• Support new staff through precepting and knowledge sharing
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience
• Current BLS certification through recognized provider
