RN Acute Care Orthopedic Spine Nights

Role Overview: The registered nurse provides direct patient care in a high-acuity orthopedic spine unit, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based, top-of-scope nursing care, prioritize patient wellness, and contribute to safety and quality. Model proficiency by precepting new staff and support a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience), valid RN licensure, at least 6 months of nursing experience, and current BLS certification. Additional Information: This onsite role is night-shift only, with pay dependent on experience.
