About the role
Provide direct patient care in the MCR Ortho Spine Unit, a specialty acute-care setting for patients with moderate to high acuity, following evidence-based nursing models.
Responsibilities
- Utilize top-of-scope nursing practice to prioritize patient wellness.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safety and quality care.
- Precept new staff and contribute to unit-based initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program or a state-board-approved program (less than 3 years’ experience).
- Active state RN licensure.
- Minimum of 6 months of RN experience.
- Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
