About the role
Provides direct, high-level patient care in a specialty acute care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Prioritize patient safety, wellness, and quality outcomes at the point of care.
- Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Contribute to a secure, safe, and efficient clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days post-hire.
