RN Acute Care - Night Shift

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in an acute care setting within a specialized medical unit, utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope practices. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizes wellness, evidence-based practice, and models proficiency through precepting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in moderate to high acuity units.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous learning.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
• Participate in evidence-based care models and specialty certifications.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
