Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Document care accurately
• Participate in performance improvement and research initiatives
• Serve as a mentor and advocate for patients and staff
• Support resource optimization and protocol development
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification
• Experience in direct patient care preferred
