RN - Critical Care - PRN, Night Shift

About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of practice
• Coordinate patient care activities
• Ensure delivery of high-quality nursing services within organizational policies and procedures
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability in role

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
• No experience required; new graduates eligible
• Hospital experience preferred, including at least 1 year for PRN roles
• Current Georgia RN licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate license required
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification mandatory
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus
