PRN RN - Acute Rehab Night Shift

About the Role

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties consistent with organizational values and standards.

Works in a 12-bed Acute Rehab unit focused on personalized, healing care to help patients regain independence and successfully reintegrate into the community. Encourages patient independence and collaborates closely with therapy staff.

Responsibilities

• Delivering direct patient care
• Evaluating patient progress
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure meeting state requirements
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Schedule

PRN/As Needed during nights.
