PRN/As Needed RN - Acute Rehab Night Shift

About the Role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver personalized patient care, ensuring the effective coordination of services with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality while providing care aligned with our mission and standards. Evaluate the quality of care provided by team members and support patients' journey toward independence in a healing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care tailored to individual needs
• Coordinate with therapy and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes
• Assess and evaluate patient progress and care effectiveness
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Nursing Degree from an accredited institution
• Current RN license in the state or with compact licensure, meeting all regulatory requirements
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
