About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a specialty acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team. Focuses on high-acuity Med-Surg units, ensuring safety, quality, and evidence-based practice. Acts as a preceptor for new staff and promotes a patient-centered approach, prioritizing wellness and professional growth.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (less than 3 years’ experience).
• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross with valid card.
