RN Fellowship - Nights

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse in the Women and Infants Care Unit provides expert, direct patient care following evidence-based practices and multidisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU.Utilize nursing processes to prioritize patient safety, wellness, and quality outcomes.Precept and mentor new staff and students, fostering a culture of learning and proficiency.Support adherence to standards including AWHONN and AACN, with certifications like RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN.Contribute to a safe, innovative, and collaborative clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board.Current RN licensure and relevant certifications.Minimum of 6 months Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.NRP within 6 months and BLS certification prior to employment.
