About the Role

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary Mother Baby Unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality care and prioritize patient wellness.
• Model proficiency through precepting new staff.
• Support evidence-based practices and contribute to patient safety and care quality.
• Follow standards such as AWHONN and AACN.
• Participate in specialty education and competency validation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required if less than 3 years' experience).
• Active RN license.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS certification, valid through the hire date.
