Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a surgical specialty unit, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, acute care environment. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices.Precept and mentor new healthcare staff to promote professional development.Contribute to maintaining safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (less than 3 years' experience).Current RN licensure and BLS certification.Minimum 6 months of RN nursing experience.Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Key Duties Provide care in specialty acute care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity.Engage in evidence-based care models and specialty certification standards.Participate in a supportive, innovative clinical environment focused on professional growth and patient safety.
