Rigging Dispatcher

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review the daily work schedule before jobs are carried out, assigning crews as needed and ensuring they are notified in advance
• Aid in assigning and printing all job-related paperwork
• Communicate the next day’s schedule to employees
• Aid in pre-calling customers to confirm next day’s schedule
• Monitor job schedules to avoid crew overlaps and unusual equipment requests
• Review and approve job tickets
• Act as the liaison between customers and crews to resolve any issues during jobs

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma with a bachelor’s degree preferred
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office
• At least 2 years of dispatching experience in transportation and/or logistics
• Rigging dispatching experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve as issues arise
