About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients, working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
  • Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
  • Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
  • Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.

Qualifications

  • Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
  • Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

Skills

  • Technical understanding of equity compensation and reward systems.
  • Strategic thinking to align equity programs with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.

Benefits

Comprehensive benefits package including performance bonus.

Pay

$124,300 - $230,000 USD.

Schedule

This role is hybrid, with primary work from San Jose.
