About the role
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to help deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
- Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
- Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.
- Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
- Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
- Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
Qualifications
- Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
- Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Skills
- Technical understanding of equity compensation and reward systems.
- Strategic thinking to align equity programs with business goals.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Pay
$124,300- $230,000 USD. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
