Job Description
We’re looking for a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to help deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients.
In this role, you’ll manage projects across the full lifecycle of global share plans—supporting design, implementation, and compliance—while collaborating with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax.
You’ll work as part of a truly global team operating under a hub model, with core professionals in the US, UK, and Australia, and access to in-country specialists in 70+ jurisdictions.
Qualifications
- Must Have:
- 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
- Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
- Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
- Nice to Have:
- Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
- Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Additional Information
- This is a regular full-time position.

- Location: San Jose.
- Compensation: $106,200 - $203,500 USD. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
