About the role
Vialto Partners is a market leader in Global Mobility Services, offering innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. The role involves managing projects across the full lifecycle of global share plans, collaborating with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
- Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
- Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.
- Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
- Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
Qualifications
- Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
- Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
- Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
