Revenue Services Apprentice Program
About the program
CU Medicine is seeking 4 highly motivated individuals with a passion for healthcare and interest in medical billing to join our Apprenticeship Program. This 4-week program offers hands-on training in medical billing and accounts receivable. Participants will work closely with an experienced trainer as well as directly alongside our Accounts Receivable Resolution (ARR) team to gain real-world experience and practical skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Throughout the program, apprentices will receive guided instruction, shadowing opportunities, and exposure to day-to-day AR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a foundation in medical billing and revenue cycle management. Upon successful completion of the program, high-performing participants may be considered for a full-time, permanent position. While placement is not guaranteed, this program is designed to identify candidates who are a strong fit for long-term opportunities with our team.
