Revenue Operations Support Analyst
Overview
Assists in the ongoing management and fitness of data elements in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Provides timely support for sales partners with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
- Creates and maintains process mapping, knowledge articles, resolution notes, and other departmental documentation and resources.
- Affords senior team members with regression testing as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in customer-service oriented role.
- 1 year of experience in a technical troubleshooting or equivalent role.
- 1 year of experience in Paycor/Paychex or related industry experience.
- 1 year of experience in Salesforce or CRM technology.
Pay & Benefits
Starting base pay range for this position is $24.00-$38.00 hourly. Additional details on benefits can be found in the "What's in it for you?" section.
