About the role

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the firm’s corporate revenue programs and enterprise technology and data agreements. Working with program owners across Sales, Operations, Growth, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Marketing, and Technology, the analyst maintains data, prepares reporting, tracks obligations, and coordinates follow‑up. The role ensures clean attribution, tracked obligations, recurring reporting, and a clear view of what the firm earns and spends.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Program Operations
    • Support day‑to‑day operations for strategic partnerships, qualified leads, and managed accounts.
    • Maintain operating flow and attribution models in the CRM, extending them as programs evolve.
    • Reconcile partner‑reported figures against internal data, flag variances, and resolve amounts owed.
    • Document program rules and standard operating procedures.
    • Recommend program design changes based on data insights.
    • Support partner relationship coverage as the portfolio scales.
  • Revenue Tech Stack & Vendor Governance
    • Maintain an inventory of platforms, data subscriptions, and productivity tools used by the sales organization.
    • Track contract terms, costs, license counts, and utilization to inform renewal decisions.
    • Run a central calendar of obligations, renewals, and notice periods for partner and vendor agreements.
    • Provide usage and cost analysis to guide subscription strategy, consolidation decisions, and tool evaluations.
    • Support day‑to‑day vendor communications, including reporting requests, escalation tracking, and renewal preparation.
  • Agent Support Spend
    • Partner with Accounting on attribution, maintain approval and provisioning workflows, and prepare utilization and cost‑allocation reporting.
    • Help shape allocation tracking as the program formalizes.
  • Financial Attribution & Reporting
    • Prepare recurring reports that connect program and agreement performance to the firm’s financials, covering attribution accuracy, referral conversion, managed account performance, and return on engagement.
    • Apply consistent measurement standards from launch to enable program comparison at scale.
    • Partner with Accounting and FP&A to ensure revenue earned and spend committed are correctly attributed, invoiced, and recorded on the P&L.
    • Report program impact to market, divisional, and finance leadership.

Qualifications

  • Required
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 3–4 years in business operations, revenue operations, vendor or contract management, financial planning and analysis, or a comparable analytical and operational role.
    • Working knowledge of financial data, including cost, revenue, and budget reporting.
    • Proficiency with Excel, a CRM (Salesforce preferred), and a business intelligence platform (Tableau preferred).
    • Ability to define requirements, validate builds, and prepare reporting (administrator‑level expertise not required).
    • Track record of owning a recurring process with financial consequence (e.g., close, reconciliation, renewal cycle, or reporting package).
  • Preferred
    • Familiarity with P&L structure.
    • Experience administering vendor contracts, renewals, or software licensing at scale.
    • Experience supporting independent contractors, franchisees, or similar populations where program adoption depends on demonstrated value.
    • Exposure to commercial real estate, professional services, or brokerage.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort using AI tools in daily workflow.

    • Strong written and verbal communication; effective with both technical and executive stakeholders.
    • Proactive in identifying next steps and moving work forward.

    • Self‑motivated with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $115,000–$130,000 per year. The position is eligible for a discretionary performance‑based bonus, the amount of which varies based on individual performance, team results, and company performance. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job‑related skills.
