Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming orders, coordinating seamlessly between the sales team, vendor partners, and our revenue department to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Support and develop our vendor and contractor partnerships - managing escalations, resolving workflow issues, and providing training.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our processes, providing daily guidance and training sessions to sellers in partnership with Sales Enablement to ensure best practices.
- Own and maintain playbooks and training documentation.
- Build proactive, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue, IT) and act as the operational voice for feedback and process evolution.
Requirements
- Manage queues and process orders (repetitive, high-volume work)
- Proactively triage incoming cases
- Partner with sales team, including pushing back when needed
- Process change orders
Qualifications
- 3+ years in revenue operations, order management, sales support, or similar roles, ideally with exposure to advertising or SaaS business models
- Experience handling escalated operational issues, ideally in a high-volume order management or billing environment xt
- Exceptional data analysis skills; comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL to manage metrics
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/order management systems
- High learning agility, strong initiative, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
- Advanced communication and relationship-building skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to process excellence and accuracy
- Bachelor's Degree or higher

Pay
Pay Rate: $30-35/hr
Schedule
Duration: 51 weeks (1 year) — conversion unlikely, will most likely extend

Nice-to-Have: SQL and data analysis skills, experience designing or delivering process documentation
