Responsibilities

  • Carry-out customer facing accountabilities related to analysis of cash flow, assessment of customer payment disputes and collection of unpaid invoices.
  • Follow typical business processes requiring frequent interaction to resolve payment disputes and improve terms compliance.
  • Meet baseline KPIs and SLA goals targeting aging currency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Apply critical thinking to problem solving and analysis.
  • Adept at collaboration, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
  • Effectively communicate issues and procedural changes.

Requirements

  • Highly skilled in master data processes and systems.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Skilled at analyzing data.
  • Understanding of A/R workflow and systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Concise and persuasive communication skills.
  • Leadership skills to achieve department objectives through motivation.
  • Professional and mature with a high degree of confidence interacting with all levels of personnel.
  • Proven history of being a self-starter.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
