Accounting Operations Analyst

About the role

Soni's client near Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Operations Analyst to support high-volume accounts receivable and cash management activities in an onsite, permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily vehicle drafting process, including ACH file creation and payment processing through Oracle EBS and banking systems.
• Monitor and resolve drafting exceptions, finance holds, and retailer banking issues.
• Reconcile accounts, apply cash receipts, and support month-end close activities.
• Maintain retailer banking information and ensure data accuracy within Oracle.
• Partner with Accounting, Distribution, Logistics, IT, Treasury, and financial institutions to resolve transaction-related issues.
• Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Assist with general accounting operations, process improvements, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4–6 years of accounting or high-volume Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) preferred.
• Strong understanding of cash application, reconciliations, and accounting operations.
• Advanced attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage repetitive, deadline-driven processes while handling multiple priorities independently.

Pay

$75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus.
