About the Opportunity

The Revenue Operations Specialist role is designed to enhance operational efficiency and revenue management. The position is responsible for providing clear visibility into pipeline health and revenue performance, managing deal processes, maintaining CRM systems, and supporting sales operations to drive revenue growth. This role directly contributes to the organization's ability to make informed business decisions and maintain scalable revenue operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports for leadership visibility on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance
  • Manage and develop the deal desk
  • Own and maintain Salesforce and develop CPQ processes
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in revenue data proactively
  • Support quota setting and compensation plan administration with leadership
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, process documentation, and enablement resources
  • Aid sales teams with creation, review, and processing of customer contracts to ensure accuracy

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete operational tasks efficiently

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Anticipated pay range: $120,000 to $140,000
