About the role

Cogent is redefining vulnerability management with an AI-native platform designed to help security teams focus on critical issues. This role joins a small team reshaping how a security company operates, focusing on growth through advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Right-hand to the Head of Growth across the operating rhythm, including pod calls, forecast calls, and addressing pipeline issues.

  • Surface and shepherd actions needed to improve pipeline efficiency, ensuring data integrity and accurate target account lists.

  • Analyze conversion rates across the full funnel, diagnosing stalls and partnering with sales leadership to improve deal rates.

  • Weekly closed-lost and deal quality (DQ) analysis, reactivating DQ'd pipeline opportunities when necessary.

  • Forecasting and revenue planning, making the forecast call a decision-making tool rather than a status update.

  • Capacity planning as the team scales, balancing rep productivity, POV prioritization, and territory balancing.

  • Per-rep performance analysis, helping close gaps in sales processes and enabling tools.

  • Special projects, including spiff program adjustments, channel investments, and strategic partnership decisions based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy, or GTM operations at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Banking or consulting background that pivoted into tech GTM.

  • Extremely quantitative and analytical, comfortable analyzing data and presenting insights to leadership.

  • Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce), understanding how to design processes reps will follow.

  • A startup mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and restructuring processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Advanced analytical skills, comfortable using AI agents or automation tools in your work.

  • Understanding of multi-agent systems and their outputs.

  • Experience with AI-native platforms and their impact on security operations.

Skills

  • Data analysis and interpretation.

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce).

  • Process design and optimization.

  • Change management and adaptability.

  • Leadership in ambiguous situations.
