Cogent is redefining vulnerability management with an AI-native platform designed to help security teams focus on critical issues. This role is part of a small team reshaping how a security company operates, focusing on growth and analytics.
Responsibilities
Right-hand to the Head of Growth, supporting operational rhythms such as pod calls and forecast calls.
Surface and shepherd actions needed in the pipeline, ensuring pipeline hygiene and data trustworthiness.
Analyze conversion rates across the full funnel, diagnosing stalls and partnering with sales leadership to improve rates.
Maintain target account lists per rep per territory, translating the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) into actionable targeting.
Perform weekly closed-lost and deal quality (DQ) analysis, reactivating DQ'd pipeline when necessary.
Forecast and revenue plan, making the forecast call a decision-making tool rather than a status update.
Support capacity planning as the team scales, including rep productivity, POV prioritization, territory balancing, and resource allocation.
Per-rep performance analysis, helping close gaps and designing the sales process alongside sales leadership.
Enablement: make the right behavior the easy one, ensuring reps use tools and automation effectively.
Special projects: build business cases for new GTM motions, assess risks, and make strategic decisions based on performance data.
Requirements
3-6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy, or GTM operations at a B2B SaaS company.
Banking or consulting background that pivoted into tech GTM is highly preferred.
Extremely quantitative and analytical, comfortable analyzing data and presenting insights to leadership.
Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce), understanding how to design processes reps will actually follow.
Startup mentality: comfortable with ambiguity and able to figure out problems without needing a playbook.
AI-native: experience using AI agents or automation tools in your work, comfortable interpreting outputs from multi-agent systems.
