About the role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, Marketing to be the primary RevOps partner to our Marketing team at Linnworks. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how systems, data, process and automation come together to help Marketing generate demand, create pipeline and measure its impact on revenue. You’ll own the operational framework behind our marketing funnel — from campaign infrastructure and lead lifecycle management to scoring, routing, attribution, data quality and Marketing-to-Sales handoffs. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations and our Salesforce team to build processes that are scalable, measurable and easy for teams to use. We’re also investing in how we use AI, automation, enrichment and emerging GTM technology. You’ll play an important role in identifying practical ways these tools can reduce manual work, improve data quality, and help us identify, engage, and convert prospects more effectively. This position is open to applicants who live in either the Eastern or Central US time zones.

As the global leader in the eCommerce automation sector, Linnworks has one mission: Giving our clients back their time to grow and lead their brands. Highly skilled, passionate, and collaborative with a winning and customer-centric attitude - we pride ourselves on our people.
