About the role
The Demand Generation team serves as a dot-connecter across sales, marketing, and operation teams to identify, engage, and convert decision makers at our target mid market and enterprise companies. In this role, you will partner with the global sales team to understand key focus areas and collaborate with the broader Demand Generation team to scale our sales-assist strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute campaigns for our sales-assist audience
- Direct mail
- Ecosystem co-marketing
- Be accountable for pipeline contribution
- Drive results that meaningfully contribute to Notion's bottom line
Requirements
- 8+ years of related marketing experience
- Deep expertise in the Notion product, user, and buyer journey to inform strategy
- Bias for action and experimentation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration
- Pipeline-obsessed
- Growth mindset around AI

Pay
The estimated base salary range for this role is $174,000 - $205,000 per year.
