Revenue Efficiency Manager
Job Summary
As a Revenue Efficiency Manager at West Shore Home, you will oversee the install and pre-install appointment calendar for each region, maximize headcount, meet revenue targets for branches and the region, and ensure the team hits daily and individual KPI's.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Owning daily communication with regional leadership, ensuring all appointments are properly resulted and notated, addressing high priority items, reviewing past and upcoming pre-install and install schedules, and providing act cycles.
- Analyze and audit scheduling data and trends to identify revenue opportunities, minimize inefficiencies, and drive financial performance.
- Responsible for auditing customer interactions to ensure the best possible customer experience and coaching Revenue Efficiency Coordinators as necessary.
- Responsible for training and inductions of new employees in accordance with department procedures/guidelines.
- Publish weekly and monthly recap branch reports covering revenue efficiency based on monthly and quarterly targets by branch and region.
Must-Have Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
- Experience and understanding of navigating all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
