Responsibilities
- Practice, support, and promote Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture.
- Work with Corporate Revenue Management and property teams to yield Hotel inventory effectively and manage rates.
- Create and implement packages, promotions, and strategies to drive revenue within budget constraints.
- Prepare an annual budget for departments in line with Station Casinos’ guidelines and business plans.
- Conduct special project assignments aimed at improving revenue generation, length of stay, advance booking windows, direct bookings, and increasing Hotel-related gaming activities.
- Analyze market conditions, pace and pickup, group business, special events, and historical hotel performance to provide recommendations for room rates.
- Prepare and present reports for revenue and occupancy meetings at properties.
- Maintain positive relationships with all departments and understand their roles and interactions with the Revenue Management position.
- Gather and analyze customer and competitive intelligence, network externally for innovation, and utilize this information to inform room rate decisions.
- Produce high-quality work products consistently, accurately, and comprehensively.
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management through both written and verbal means.
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience as a Revenue Manager, Revenue Analyst, or related field.
- Working knowledge of property management systems, preferably LMS.
- Experience with other hotel and administration systems, including Revenue Management systems, Delphi, Cognos, TeraData, SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web browsers.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
- Ability to create, read, and evaluate reports and perform basic to complex mathematical calculations.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
